There are many great SCM books out there. What is your favorite?
Will start off with a book that may have been the first supply chain book many people read: The Goal.
The Goal has been mentioned but thought I would put a link so it is easy to explore more about the book. The Goal is about the Theory of Constraints but in very simple terms for anyone to understand. https://www.amazon.com/s?k=the+goal&crid=22AOYUU4I6CDQ&sprefix=the+goal%2Caps%2C140&ref=nb_sb_noss_1
